When you submit a form on this site we collect the first name, phone number, and property address you provide, along with any optional timeline or property details you choose to share.
We also record the page the form was submitted from and any campaign parameters in the URL, so we know which pages homeowners find useful. A one-way hash of your IP address is stored to limit spam submissions; the original address is not retained.
How we use your information
We use your information for one purpose: to contact you about the property you asked us about and to prepare an offer. That contact may come by phone, text message, or email.
Submitting a form is not a purchase agreement and creates no obligation on either side.
Call and text consent
By checking the consent box you agree that House Buyers of Tri-Cities may contact you by phone, text, or email at the number and address you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any sale.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties directly involved in a transaction you have asked us to pursue — for example a title or escrow company — and with the service providers that host this website and store our records.

This site does not load advertising pixels. If analytics are added in the future, they will be limited to aggregate, privacy-conscious measurement of page and form activity, and this policy will be updated first.
